Common questions
What counts as a content change?
Text updates, image swaps, new contact details, price changes, adding or removing a page section. If it is a structural redesign or a new feature, that is a different conversation - but most day-to-day requests are well within the ten included.
How quickly do you respond?
Same day for content changes on weekdays. If something breaks, I am on it within the hour. You have my direct contact - not a support email that routes to a queue.
Do I need to move my hosting to you?
Yes - hosting is included in the plan and your site runs on my infrastructure. Migration from your current host is free and takes a couple of days. Your domain stays in your control.
What if I need more than ten changes a month?
For months when you need more, I charge a small per-change fee. It rarely comes up - most clients use four or five changes on average.
